We do not provide personal safety advice, ocean rescue guidance, or guarantees that a session will fire. Forecasts are decision support only — always check local conditions and your own judgement before paddling out.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Privacy requests under the Australian Privacy Principles may take longer where the law allows, often within about 30 days. Complex forecast investigations can take extra time if we need to re-check model inputs for a specific spot.
